ULTIMAKER ANNOUNCES THE ULTIMAKER² Go AND THE ULTIMAKER² EXTENDED

On the 6th of Jan 2015 at CES 2015 in Las Vegas, Ultimaker announced two new additions to the Ultimaker family, the Ultimaker² Go and the Ultimaker² Extended. Continuing the quality DNA of the award winning Ultimaker², the Ultimaker² Go and the Ultimaker² Extended adds two additional size variations to its line-up.

The Ultimaker² Go is a compact version perfect for makers who want to start with 3D printing on a premium level. With a built volume of 120x120x115mm, this lightweight baby offers a high-quality product with a friendly interface, making it an ideal starter machine for new users. Its compact form doesn't include a heated-bed, but allows it to be more lightweight and portable.

The Ultimaker² Extended increases the build height of the Ultimaker² by an additional 100mm. With a build volume of 230x225x305mm, it's the perfect machine for your extra large projects.

The launch of these two new products is accompanied by an addition to the Ultimaker website that provides a stage for community members to share their projects and get inspiration from others. This addition gives 3D printing enthusiasts the unique opportunity to get insight on upcoming Ultimaker projects, interact with Ultimaker experts and influence decisions on new experimental products, contributing to the whole Ultimaker 3D printing experience.

Customers will be able to Pre-Order the two new Ultimaker 3D Printers in March 2015 and will be available in April this year.
