3D Printing Showcase at The University of Melbourne

It has been a busy month since our launch so far! We had the pleasure of participating at the 3D Printing Showcase at the University of Melbourne on 12 &13 September, which saw crowds of about 1500 people interested in learning about 3D printing technology.

The event was a great opportunity for introducing our range of products from Ultimaker, colorFabb and Doodle3D to Australia. Along with XYZ Workshop, our exhibition booth attracted a large number of visitors, witnessing the capabilities of Ultimaker 2 printing in real time as well as the various interesting and practical products that we are able to make with Ultimaker 3D printers. It was a joyful experience to be able to exchange ideas and share knowledge with our vistors and learning about their 3D printing applications. We are glad to have received overwhelming interests in our products from a diverse crowd including industrial designers, schools, engineering firms, and architect bureaus.

It was also fascinating to see other sponsors’ exhibition and how far 3D printing technology has developed over the last few years in Australia. We are excited and committed to be part of this fast-growing field in Australia.

Here are some photos taken during the show that we are delighted to share with you. For more news and photos, please follow us on Twitter and Facebook for our most recent updates!
