Sample: Mixing Nozzle
High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C at 0.45 MPa. Use it to print detailed, precise parts that require high thermal stability, such as molds and inserts, parts exposed to hot air, gas, and fluid f low, as well as heat-resistant mounts, housings, and fixtures.
This nozzle uses a series of vented fluid channels, which would be difficult to fabricate without additive manufacturing, to mix a high-temperature fluid f low with cool air using the Venturi effect.
